More than $58 million worth of development applications have come through Forbes Shire Council in the first half of the financial year.
The council had received 55 DAs with a total value of $58,203,294, including $10.2 million of non-DA related development, from July to December 2024, a report to the final council meeting of the year revealed.
In November - December alone, compliant development applications totalled $11.8 million.
These included alterations and additions to commercial premises, new homes, residential alterations and subdivision.
