Chamber connects business owners to launch Small Business Month

Getting connected and getting informed were at the centre of Forbes Business Chamber's launch of October Small Business Month.

The well-attended night featured two guest speakers from our region.

Belinda Mawhinney is a leadership consultant, executive coach and founder of two small businesses and shared insights into leadership within business, training and retaining staff.

Paige Thomas is Service NSW local Business Concierge who has been supporting the western region for almost three years.

Based in Forbes, Paige provides one-on-one guidance to help businesses navigate government processes and access relevant support.

As a connection point between business and government, she's passionate about advocating for the needs of regional business communities.

Businesses can find out more about the range of support that is available or book a call online at https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/business/business-concierge-service or phone 13 77 88, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (Sydney time).

Forbes Business Chamber is looking forward to providing more networking and training opportunities for its members in the new year, with new members always welcome.

Chamber members are passionate about supporting business in our community.

Some of Forbes Business Chamber's main annual events are coming up with Taste on Templar, the Find it in AMAZING Forbes Christmas promotion and Christmas carnival.
